Gordon Art Fellowship
in the Visual Arts
The Gordon Art Fellowship provides an undergraduate art student the chance to bring together his or her love of nature and art into one unique learning experience. Modeled after the Institute’s summer science research URGE program, the Gordon Art Fellowship provides a stipend to an undergraduate art student and a faculty mentor, to conduct a two-dimensional visual art project at the Institute. This program is open to full-time students who have not yet completed the requirements for graduation and are attending one of the consortium member educational institutions. This learning opportunity is provided by George and Barbara Gordon, whose commitment to the arts and learning is inspiring.
Details of this program can be found in the Request for Proposal or by contacting Matthew Dykstra at 269-721-4473.
