Pierce Cedar Creek Institute is partnering with the Barry County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Alliance, and The Employers’ Association (TEA) of Grand Rapids for some exciting professional development opportunities in 2017.

Professional Training Courses will be held at Pierce Cedar Creek Institute’s Visitor Center at 701 West Cloverdale Rd Hastings, MI 49058 from 8:30 am – Noon. Lunch is at Noon.

The seminar uses a Learning to Listen assessment which focuses on the visible and invisible aspects of listening behavior and measures listening skill in 3 dimensions: Staying Focused, Capturing the Message, and Helping the Speaker.
